When the idea of Mentor was made reality, the focus was on simplifying sales processes through communication and clear targets. We used Mentor on several sales organizations. What happened when the targets became clear and structured communication was introduced the employees’ involvement increased and employee responsibility was created. The employees became interested in developing together with the organization. The employee felt seen and important. When we tested Mentor on organizations that did not work with traditional sales, we saw the same trends. The employees commitment increased. We could then make a conclusion that we had created a digital resource that did not concern the industry in which the individual works. Mentor is about every individual.
