MENTOR – THE RESOURCE FOR EVERY INDIVIDUAL

When the idea of Mentor was made reality, the focus was on simplifying sales processes through communication and clear targets. We used Mentor on several sales organizations. What happened when the targets became clear and structured communication was introduced the employees’ involvement increased and employee responsibility was created. The employees became interested in developing together with the organization. The employee felt seen and important. When we tested Mentor on organizations that did not work with traditional sales, we saw the same trends. The employees commitment increased. We could then make a conclusion that we had created a digital resource that did not concern the industry in which the individual works. Mentor is about every individual.

A DIGITAL RESOURCE

The App and digital tool Mentor consists of the modules Reflection, Development and Coaching, and suits you regardless of which leadership model you follow. Mentor is really nothing new. It just simplifies what you already know. That success is created by committed employees, goal fulfillment and the essence of transparency. Our vision is that all organizations should be developed through sustainable, committed employees.

Develop through organizational goals. Mentor helps your employees to take responsibility for their own development at work and creates employee responsibility.

OPERATIONAL TARGETS

Scale down the business’s major targets at the individual level and get statistics on how you are doing. Nine out of ten business strategies are never implemented. We want to change this!

REFLECTION

Reflect in Mentor. As we reflect, we clarify the everyday life around us which leads to development. This reduces stress and gives us more control over our lives.

A basic human need is to be seen and confirmed. Mentor helps leaders to easily give feedback to their employees which creates the foundation for a forward-looking feedback culture.

COACHING

Achieving a coaching leadership is easier said than done. How can you if you do not have the prerequisites? With Mentor you can easily embrace a coaching leadership.

EVALUATION

Mentor evaluates and gives you statistics on what you are good at and clearly shows what you can do better – whether it is your work culture or skills in a specific area.

NOTES

Make sure you document important meetings and events. This is good for employers as well as for employees and complies with standards according to GDPR.

WORD CLOUD

Get a mini-employee survey on a weekly basis. The difference from a traditional survey is that Mentor’s word cloud is being created without standardized questions so you can avoid standardized answers.
